近年来振冲碎石桩广泛应用于加固水利工程软弱地基,形成符合地基或复合土体,以提高其承载力、增强稳定性、减少沉降量,同时还显著地增强其抗震性能。该施工技术措施比较先进,设备简单,成本低,施工简便快速。本文通过对河南黄河共产主义引水闸改建工程中采用振冲碎石桩加固地基施工质量管理措施进行探讨,并对这种加固软土地基方法在施工中遇到的问题和取得的经验进行了总结,供同类工程施工实践者参考。
In recent years, vibrating stone columns are widely used to reinforce the weak foundation of hydraulic engineering and form the foundation or composite soil so as to increase the bearing capacity, enhance the stability, reduce the settlement, and also significantly enhance the seismic performance. The construction techniques are more advanced, simple equipment, low cost, simple and quick construction. In this paper, the construction quality control measures of vibro replacement stone columns in Henan Yellow River communion diversion sluice rebuilding project are discussed, and the problems encountered in construction of this method and the experience gained are summarized , For the construction of similar projects for reference.
