人的全面发展问题是马克思主义学说的灵魂。在当前，我们必须以马克思主义人的全面发展理论为指导，采取有效措施全面提高人的素质，加快社会主义市场经济建设和现代化建设的步伐。笔者认为，人的全面发展即人的本质和特性的全面发展，它主要包括以下几方面的内容：人的自由自觉的创造性劳动的全面发展，人的社会关系的全面发展，人的需要的全面发展，人的能力和潜能的全面发展，人的个性的全面发展，人的精神道德观念的全面发展。
The issue of the all-round development of man is the soul of the Marxist theory.
