将初孵草鱼苗全部组织匀浆,用核分离介质(HIM)制成单细胞悬浮液,鉴定其倍性.三倍体鱼的细胞密度比二倍体鱼的小,因而可用Coulter计数法测定细胞悬浮液来确定.该法便捷,制备和鉴定一个样品只需1～3min.
All newly-incubated grass fry were homogenized and single-cell suspensions were made using nuclear dissociation medium (HIM) to identify ploidy.The triploid fish had a lower cell density than diploid fish and were therefore assayed by Coulter counting Cell suspension to determine the method convenient, preparation and identification of a sample only 1 ~ 3min.
