选择两组人群对照实施化疗两年,计算各项成本、费用,并用kato法考核,两年后两组人群感染率分别下降69.37%和56.75%(P>0.05),两组实施成本分别为14.26/人和9.70元/人,单位效果成本,第一年目标化疗组是群体化疗组的1.4倍,第二年群体化疗组是目标化疗组的1.8倍。结果表明在较高感染率水平(12%以上)的人群中第一年宜采用群体化疗,在保证化疗质量和足够覆盖面的前提下,第二年应改用目标化疗。
Two groups of patients were selected to receive chemotherapy for two years. The costs and expenses were calculated. The kato test was used to evaluate the two groups.
