目的 探讨蕈样肉芽肿 (MF)组织的DNA含量及细胞增殖水平与临床特征及预后的关系。方法 应用流式细胞术测定 6 2例石蜡包埋的MF组织中DNA含量及细胞增殖水平。结果 红斑期、斑块期、肿瘤期MF患者 ,其DNA异倍体率及DNA指数 (DI)随病情的延长而增高 ,红斑期与肿瘤期之间差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;同样 ,肿瘤期患者组织中S期细胞比率 (SPF)及增殖指数 (PI)均明显高于红斑期患者 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 DNA异倍体及DI、SPF、PI值的高低与蕈样肉芽肿分期为有关 ,而且它们是影响预后的重要因素
Objective To investigate the relationship between DNA content and proliferation of myoneoid granuloma (MF) and clinical features and prognosis. Methods Flow cytometry was used to determine DNA content and cell proliferation in 62 paraffin-embedded MF tissues. Results The frequency of aneuploidy and DNA index (DI) in MF patients at erythema, plaque, and tumor stage increased with the prolongation of the disease, and there was a significant difference between erythema and tumor stages (P < 0.05). Similarly, the S phase cell ratio (SPF) and proliferation index (PI) in patients with tumor stage were significantly higher than those in patients with erythema (P <0 05). Conclusion The level of DNA aneuploidy and DI, SPF and PI are related to the stage of mycosis granulomatous, and they are important factors affecting prognosis.
