目的　评价表麻下白内障超声乳化摘出及人工晶状体植入术的安全性和效果。方法　 2组共 375例 (40 0只眼 )白内障分别在表麻下及球周麻醉下施行超声乳化摘出及人工晶状体植入术 ,对术后视力、术中及术后并发症进行分析。结果　 2组术后 1d、1wk、3m o视力无显著差异 ,并发症 :后囊破裂及角膜水肿发生率 ,2组间相差不显著 ;球周麻醉组发生眶内出血 2只眼 ,暂时性上睑下垂 2 6只眼 ,暂时性复视 9只眼。结论　表麻下超声乳化术是安全有效的。在熟练掌握超声乳化手术的基础上 ,表麻下手术较球周麻醉下更安全、快捷。 Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation under table anesthesia. Methods A total of 375 cases (40 eyes) of cataract in Group 2 underwent phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation under epidural anesthesia and periocular anesthesia respectively. Visual acuity, intraoperative and postoperative complications were analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in visual acuity between the two groups at 1 day, 1 week and 3 months postoperatively. The complications included the incidence of posterior capsular rupture and corneal edema, but there was no significant difference between the two groups. There were 2 eyes with intraorbital hemorrhage and 2 eyes with temporary upper eyelid Sagging 26 eyes, tentative diplopia 9 eyes. Conclusion Table under anesthesia phacoemulsification is safe and effective. On the basis of proficiency in phacoemulsification surgery, epidural anesthesia is safer and faster under anesthesia than under epidural anesthesia.
