目的对西藏地区儿童微量元素检测结果进行分析。方法检测342例儿童的Ca、Mg、Zn、Fe含量,分析藏族和汉族间微量元素水平的差异;根据年龄大小将其分为3个年龄组,对各年龄组间的微量元素水平及缺乏率进行比较。结果藏族和汉族间微量元素水平无统计学差异;Ca、Zn及Fe水平在不同年龄组间具有显著差异;Ca缺乏率随年龄的增长逐渐降低。结论微量元素缺乏与否可能与年龄和儿童的饮食状况及生长环境有关,在四种微量元素中Fe的缺乏率最高,应注意儿童膳食结构的调整。
Objective To analyze the detection results of trace elements in children in Tibet. Methods The contents of Ca, Mg, Zn and Fe in 342 children were detected. The differences of trace elements between Tibetan and Han nationality were analyzed. According to the age, the levels of Ca, Mg, Zn and Fe were divided into three age groups. Compare. Results There was no significant difference in trace elements levels between Tibetans and Han nationality. The levels of Ca, Zn and Fe were significantly different among different age groups. The Ca deficiency rate gradually decreased with age. Conclusion The lack of trace elements may be related to the age and the dietary conditions of children and the growth environment. Among the four trace elements, the deficiency rate of Fe is the highest, and the dietary structure of children should be adjusted.
