From the aspects of technical transformation, management and standards, the paper analyzes in detail the main reasons that lead to the low scaled ratio of hot rolled ribbed bars in Lanzhou Iron and Steel. The main ways and methods to solve this problem are discussed. Scaling rate to the economic benefits of enterprises were calculated.
