目的:研究几丁聚糖对高血脂小鼠糖代谢障碍的改善作用机制。方法:建立实验性高脂血症动物模型,测定小鼠血糖、肌糖原和肝糖原的含量。结果:高脂血症组小鼠肝糖原、肌糖原和血糖显著高于对照组(P<0.05);几丁聚糖服药组和高脂血症组比较,肝糖原、肌糖原和血糖水平显著降低(P<0.05);服药组肝糖原、肌糖原和血糖含量与对照组比较无显著性差异。结论:几丁聚糖对改善高血脂所致小鼠糖代谢障碍具有良好的作用。
Objective: To study the mechanism of chitosan improving glucose metabolism in hyperlipidemic mice. Methods: To establish experimental hyperlipidemia animal model to determine the content of blood glucose, muscle glycogen and glycogen in mice. Results: The levels of hepatic glycogen, muscle glycogen and blood glucose of mice in hyperlipidemia group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). Compared with those in the group of chitosan and hyperlipemia, (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the content of hepatic glycogen, muscle glycogen and blood glucose in the medication group compared with the control group. Conclusion: Chitosan has a good effect on improving glycometabolic disorders in mice induced by hyperlipidemia.
