学科服务是图书馆服务创新活动的主要组织形式,但学科馆员的知识特性影响着学科服务知识整合的深度和广度。文章从知识特性和知识整合的视角,构建了学科馆员的知识特性对学科服务知识整合创新绩效的影响结构模型,详细剖析了该模型中诸要素间的彼此作用机理,揭示了学科馆员的知识特性、学科服务知识整合和知识交流共享三者对学科服务知识整合创新绩效的影响,再现了知识管理对提高学科服务创新绩效的重要性,为提升学科服务创新绩效提供了全新的研究方法。同时,学科服务组织可从适当的授权与支持、有效的激励、多样性的可行方式等方面着手,降低学科馆员的知识特性对学科服务知识整合创新绩效的影响。
Subject service is the main organization form of library service innovation activities. However, the knowledge characteristics of subject librarians influence the depth and breadth of the integration of subject service knowledge. From the perspective of the integration of knowledge characteristics and knowledge, the article constructs a structural model of the impact of knowledge librarians’ knowledge characteristics on the integration of innovation performance in disciplinary service knowledge, and analyzes in detail the mechanism of interaction between various elements in the model, revealing the role of subject librarians Knowledge characteristics, the integration of knowledge of disciplinary services and the sharing of knowledge and knowledge on the integration of innovation in the performance of disciplinary services reflect the importance of knowledge management to improve the innovation performance of the disciplines and provide a new research method for enhancing the innovation performance of disciplinary services. At the same time, the discipline service organization can reduce the influence of subject librarian’s knowledge characteristics on the integration and innovation performance of discipline service knowledge from the aspects of proper authorization and support, effective motivation and feasible ways of diversity.
