给出了工作于TE01模式基波Q波段回旋行波管的设计和初步实验结果。该回旋行波管的高频电路采用介质加载结构,以抑制管内的寄生模式TE11和TE21振荡。通过理论分析,当工作电压为70kV,电流为10A时,所设计的Q波段回旋行波管获得了峰值功率220kW,饱和增益46dB,效率30%和-3dB带宽3GHz(~7%)的理论结果,经过初步试验测试获得了最大峰值功率150kW,-3dB带宽约1.7GHz的结果。
The design and experimental results of the fundamental wave Q-band gyrotron traveling wave tube operating in the TE01 mode are given. The gyro-TWT high-frequency circuit adopts a dielectric loading structure to suppress the parasitic modes TE11 and TE21 in the pipe from oscillating.
