Consternation was an outstanding military strategist and patriotist in modern China. After the independence of Yunnan Province in 1951, after nearly two years of independent leadership in Yunnan, Cai Peichao led and promoted a series of reforms in a bold manner and made efforts to strengthen the clean government of the new regime in Yunnan Province. The campaign achieved remarkable results and won the praise of the people of the time and later generations. Researching and correctly appraising Cai Feng and the construction of a clean and honest government in Yunnan during the early Republic of China can give us many helpful enlightenments?
