自从我国开始实行改革开放政策以后,我国快速发展起来,我国的经济水平明显提高,各行业都迎来了新的发展机遇,尤其是我国的土木工程领域更是快速发展起来,而随之工程施工中管理问题也越来越多,严重影响土木工程领域的发展。土木工程是一个以实践为主的领域,土木工程涉及到了很多学科知识,这些知识都相互交融,并且错综复杂,同时由于土木工程施工周期长、环境复杂等都会对土木工程施工质量造成影响,因此土木工程管理就显得尤为重要。
