测定了两品系EoNPV对信阳茶尺蠖种群幼虫的毒力及茶皂素和卵磷脂对其的增效作用.结果表明:W-EoNPV(湖北省农业科学院果茶研究所提供)的毒力强于Z-EoNPV(中国农业科学院茶叶研究所提供).用1,2,4mg/mL茶皂素和EoNPV混用,最高质量浓度(4mg/mL)可显著提高Z-EoNPV和W-EoNPV对茶尺蠖的毒力,接种14d后,其死亡率比单用病毒分别提高了16.34%和13.22%.2mg/mL茶皂素对Z-EoNPV有显著的增效作用,14d后的防治效果提高了12%,但对W-EoNPV的效果不明显.而茶皂素最低质量浓度(1mg/mL)对2株病毒基本无增效作用.卵磷脂各质量浓度可提高W-EoNPV对茶尺蠖的致死率,接种14d后,质量浓度由高至低分别使死亡率提高16.25,6.25和4.1个百分点,而卵磷脂对Z-EoNPV的增效作用极不明显.茶皂素和卵磷脂的最高质量浓度与EoNPV混合使用均可缩短LT50,但低质量浓度不明显.
