在深入分析云南省某砖混住宅建筑倾斜原因的基础上,结合加固纠倾实例,提出采用截桩与开挖应力释放沟联合应用的综合纠倾法。采用ABAQUS软件对分批截桩进行了模拟,分析了截桩过程中的地基应力、土体沉降、基础梁的应力、桩体竖向位移以及上部结构应力,为后续纠倾设计与施工方案提供了依据。在实际施工中采用三种监测方法来进行信息化的施工。实际监测结果表明,随着各批次截桩的进行,建筑物倾斜率回归到允许值以内,保证了建筑物在纠倾过程中的安全。
On the basis of deeply analyzing the reason of tilting of a masonry building in Yunnan Province and combining with examples of consolidation and rectification, a comprehensive correction method using the combination of cutting pile and excavation stress release groove is proposed.
