西藏浪错夏季大型浮游动物群落结构特征及其与环境因子的关系

为探究西藏浪错大型浮游动物群落结构特征及其环境因子的关系,于2017年7月对西藏浪错大型浮游动物进行了调查.结果鉴定出大型浮游动物5门10种(属),密度变化范围在24.15~148.20个/L之间,平均密度为74.24个/L,生物量变化范围为0.84~2.62mg/L.平均生物量为1.80 mg/L,该湖大型浮游动物生物量偏低,物种单一.对生物参数与环境因子进行Pearson相关分析得到,物种数与电阻呈显著负相关(p<0.05).典范对应分析结果显示,环境因子酸碱度、水温、溶解氧和氧化还原电位对浪错大型浮游动物的群落结构影响较明显;其中优势种无节幼体受温度的影响最显著.
