金融类农工合作社的组织形式有利于与高度分散的农户和农村经济组织相适应，从而真正达到服务“三农”、服务中小企业的目的。本文从黑龙江垦区成立金融类农工合作社可行性研究入手，总结存在的问题，提出了垦区建立金融类农工合作社的发展路径。
