本文介绍了为提高煤矿运输机中部槽中板的耐磨寿命而研制的Fe-05号耐磨合金粉块和中板耐磨合金碳弧堆焊工艺的研究状况。通过试验室和井下工业磨损试验证明,采用Fe-05号耐磨合金粉块堆焊中部槽中板可提高其使用寿命,并与粉末等离子堆焊的同类产品性能相仿。本文还指出,该工艺易于掌握、成本低廉、经济效益高,既适用于批量生产,又适用于现场修理。除煤炭系统适用外,在其它类似产品的制造或修复中也可推广应用。
In this paper, the research status of Fe-05 wear resistant alloy powder and carbon wear resistant alloy carbon arc surfacing technology developed to increase the wear life of the middle slot of the coal conveyor is introduced. Through the laboratory and downhole industrial wear test proved that the use of Fe-05 wear-resistant alloy powder surfacing middle tank plate can increase its service life, and powder plasma surfacing of similar products performance similar. The paper also pointed out that the process is easy to grasp, low cost, high economic efficiency, both for mass production, but also for on-site repairs. In addition to the applicable coal system, other similar products can also be used in the manufacture or repair.
