试用期不论对于企业,还是员工来讲,是非常重要的一段时间。本文从阐述试用期管理的重要性入手,结合现有大多数企业员工试用期管理现状,谈谈如何做好员工试用期管理工作。新员工入职后,企业均会跟员工签订劳动合同。根据《劳动合同法》规定,企业与员工之间可以根据签订的劳动合同期限,约定一定时间的试用期。试用期包括在劳动合同期限内,在这段时间内,企业可以进一步考核录用人员是否符合公司要求,员工也可以进一步了解企业是否适合自身发展,从而企业和员工各自做出选择。因此试用期不论是对于企业,还是员工本人,都是一个非常重要的阶段。
The probationary period is a very important period for both business and employees. This article begins with explaining the importance of probationary management, and discusses how to manage the probationary period of employees in combination with the management status of probationary management in most existing enterprises. After the entry of new employees, companies will sign a labor contract with employees. According to “Labor Contract Law” provides that enterprises and employees can be signed in accordance with the terms of the labor contract, agreed period of probationary period. The probationary period is included in the period of the labor contract. During this period, the enterprise can further assess whether the recruiting staff meets the requirements of the company and employees can further understand whether the enterprise is suitable for its own development so that the enterprise and the staff can make their own choices. Therefore, the probationary period is a very important stage for both the enterprise and the staff themselves.
