从胜利油田产出液中分离得到一株嗜热菌NA-3,经鉴定为芽胞杆菌属。该菌为革兰氏阳性菌,杆状,兼性厌氧,有运动性,菌体大小为(0.5~0.8)μm×(1.4~2.5)μm。最适生长温度为70℃,最适生长pH为7.0~8.0,耐受矿化度可达10 g/L。能产酸和生物表面活性剂,可使培养液的表面张力从72 mN/m降至34 mN/m,pH值从7.0降至5.2。试验表明,NA-3菌液在物理模拟条件下经多轮次驱替仍能提高采收率,微生物提高采收率累计可达11~15个百分点,在微生物采油方面将有很好应用前景。
A thermophilic bacterium NA-3 was isolated from the effluent of Shengli Oilfield and identified as Bacillus. The bacteria Gram-positive bacteria, rod-shaped, facultative anaerobic, motile, cell size (0.5 ~ 0.8) μm × (1.4 ~ 2.5) μm. The optimal growth temperature is 70 ℃, the optimum growth pH is 7.0 ~ 8.0, and the tolerance to salinity is up to 10 g / L. Acidic and biosurfactant production decreased the surface tension of the culture from 72 mN / m to 34 mN / m and the pH dropped from 7.0 to 5.2. The results showed that the NA-3 strain could still enhance the oil recovery after many rounds of displacement under the physical simulation conditions. The total recovery of microorganisms reached 11-15%, which would be a good application prospect in microbial recovery .
