为配合教学需要,我们自制了比较耐用、外型结构较逼真的脑模型。其制作要点如下:1.制模标本的精选:选择外型无变异、毁损和结构标志明显的大脑半球、小脑、脑干等标本,用清水冲洗后,再用10%甲醛溶液浸泡Ic天左右,取出晾干表面水分,表面涂明胶待于即用。2.标本阴模的制作:将制备好的型盒盛满已调拌好的打样膏,再将制备好的脑标本埋入一半,修整;涂上分离剂,然后用打样膏埋没另一半。10分钟后,揭开两半阴模,去除脑标本。3.石膏阳模的制作:选用优质石膏,调拌后灌入阴模内,待干后脱模、修模。4.环氧树脂石膏阴模的制作:用环氧树脂及石膏调拌好后,按第2方法制作阴模,需在常温下待固化,然后修理阴模,留作脑模型填充用。5.脑模型的翻制:在阴模内涂分离剂,晾干。将热凝牙托粉及牙托水调拌好,充填阴模,装入型盒,放于锅内逐渐加温,煮沸半小时后让其自然冷却。开盒,取出脑的模型,经粗、细打磨抛光,即可供教学使用。

Reproduction of brain model: Apply a release agent in the cavity to dry. The thermal coagulation denture powder and water mixing well, filling negative mold, into the box, put in the pot gradually warming up, let it boil for half an hour after the natural cooling. Open the box, remove the brain model, the coarse, fine grinding and polishing, can be used for teaching.
