目的 ]研究短小芽胞杆菌抗辐射力的影响因素 ,使其作为电离辐射灭菌指示菌的应用标准化、规范化。 [方法 ]应用 60 Coγ射线对不同存在状态的短小芽胞杆菌进行辐照 ,测定D10 值并对其差异进行显著性检验。 [结果 ]短小芽胞杆菌E60 1悬浮于蒸馏水中D10 值为 1 76kGy ,低于 2 %牛血清、2 %基质液和 10 %基质液中的D10 值 ,差异有显著性 ;干燥芽胞的D10 值在滤纸菌片和布菌片低于塑料膜菌片和可溶性菌片 ,可溶性菌片又高于塑料菌片 ;短小芽胞杆菌布菌片干燥不同时间后D10 值有差异 ,干燥 10 0minD10 值小于干燥 3 0min。 [结论 ]有机物对短小芽胞杆菌具有保护作用 ,可使其D10 值增高。干燥芽胞的抗辐射力除受共存有机物影响外 ,载体及芽胞干燥程度对其也有影响。
Objective] To study the influencing factors of the anti-radiation ability of Bacillus pumilus and to standardize and standardize its application as an indicator of sterilization of ionizing radiation. [Conclusion] The organism has the protective effect on Bacillus subtilis, can make its D10 value increase. In addition to coexisting organic matter, the anti-radiation ability of dried spores is also affected by the degree of dryness of the carrier and spores.
