目的利用红外成像仪测定Obtura II热牙胶根管充填系统,进行离体上颌中切牙热牙胶根管充填时根管表面温度变化。方法选择12颗离体上颌中切牙常规根管预备后,用Obtura II系统进行热牙胶根管充填。用红外成像仪测定根管充填前离体牙牙根表面的温度,热牙胶进入根管并到达根管工作长度时再次测定根管表面温度,前后的差值代表根管表面温度的变化。结果Obtura II热牙胶根管充填系统充填时可导致根管表面温度升高,差异有显著性,变化范围为4.5~9.8℃,平均7.3℃。结论Obtura II热牙胶根管充填系统根管充填时根管表面温度升高,有统计学意义。
OBJECTIVE To determine the change of root canal surface temperature of Obtura II hot denture root canal filling system with infrared imager. Methods 12 root canal preparations of maxillary central incisors were selected, and the root canal was filled with Obtura II system. Using infrared imager to measure the root canal surface temperature before root canal filling, the root canal temperature was measured again after entering the root canal and reached the root canal working length. The difference between before and after the root canal surface temperature changes. Results The root canal surface temperature was increased when the Obtura II hot tooth gel filling system was filled. The difference was significant with a range of 4.5-9.8 ° C with an average of 7.3 ° C. Conclusion The root canal surface temperature of Obtura II canals was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05).
