患者,女,74岁。因右侧腰背部疼痛1个月余于2007年3月28日入院,体检无异常发现。B超示右肾上腺巨大实质性占位。无肾上腺皮质、髓质功能异常,无Addison症发生,24h尿VMA,17-KS、17-ON、醛固酮、电解质均正常范围,血压正 Patient, female, 74 years old. Due to the right lower back pain more than 1 month in March 28, 2007 admission, no abnormal physical examination. B ultrasound shows a huge substantive right adrenal placeholder. No adrenal cortex, medullary dysfunction, no Addison disease, 24h urinary VMA, 17-KS, 17-ON, aldosterone, electrolyte normal range, positive blood pressure
