左旋门冬酰胺酶(L-ASP)通过抑制白血病细胞的蛋白合成而对急性淋巴白血病起治疗作用,L-ASP也抑制肝脏产生的多种蛋白合成。因而某些凝血蛋白在L-ASP治疗时会减少,并发严重但少见的血栓栓塞或出血。蛋白C和其辅助因子蛋白S是凝血过程中主要调节蛋白。在L-ASP治疗中,蛋白S的变化尚无研究。蛋白C和S是维生素K依赖蛋白,与凝血因子Ⅱ、Ⅶ、Ⅸ、Ⅹ一起属于结构上近似的一组蛋白。本文研究了L-ASP治疗中这组蛋白的变化的情况。
L-Asparaginase (L-ASP) has a therapeutic effect on acute lymphoid leukemia by inhibiting protein synthesis in leukemia cells, and L-ASP also inhibits the synthesis of various proteins produced by the liver. As a result, some coagulation proteins are reduced during L-ASP treatment and develop severe but rare thromboembolism or bleeding. Protein C and its cofactor Protein S are the major regulatory proteins in the clotting process. In the L-ASP treatment, protein S changes have not been studied. Proteins C and S are vitamin K-dependent proteins that together with coagulation factors II, VII, IX, X belong to a structurally similar group of proteins. This article studies the changes in this group of proteins during L-ASP treatment.
