参照金属矿山膏体泵送充填理论技术,通过环管输送试验研究了以磷石膏、尾砂、水泥为膏体充填材料的输送性能和流变特性。根据采矿设计要求,在质量浓度为71%,膏体充填材料配比水泥∶尾砂∶磷石膏分别为1∶4∶12,1∶8∶24,1∶12∶36时,测试了不同配比情况下的料浆流变参数。试验结果表明3种配比均呈现宾汉流体的特性,得出料浆特性及管道输送参数,为充填采矿设计提供了依据。
According to the theory of pumping and filling of metal mine paste, the conveying performance and rheological properties of the paste filled with phosphogypsum, tailing sand and cement were studied by loop pipe transportation experiment. According to the design requirements of mining, in the mass concentration of 71%, the ratio of paste filling material cement: tailings: phosphogypsum respectively 1: 4:12, 1: 8:24, 1: 12: 36, Than the case of slurry rheological parameters. The test results show that the three kinds of mixing ratio all show the characteristics of Bingham fluid, and the properties of slurry and the parameters of pipeline transportation are obtained, which provides the basis for the design of filling and mining.
