研究了孔隙度与辅助层丝径对多层金属纤维滤毡透气性能的影响以及滤毡透气系数与孔隙度、孔径的关系,得出了三者之间关系的经验方程。研究表明,带有粗丝径辅助层的多层滤毡比同类型单层的透气性能好得多,且透气系数随辅助层丝径的增大而提高。所得到的经验方程可用来估算多层金属纤维滤毯的透气系数。
The effects of porosity and auxiliary layer diameter on the gas permeability of multi-layer metal fiber mat and the relationship between porosity and pore size were studied. The empirical equation was obtained. The research shows that the multi-layer filter felt with thick wire diameter auxiliary layer is much better than the same type single layer, and the air permeability coefficient increases with the increase of wire diameter of auxiliary layer. The empirical equations obtained can be used to estimate the air permeability of multi-layer metal fiber filter blankets.
