可溶盐是导致陶器酥粉等病害产生的重要因素。为了实现对脆弱陶器的有效脱盐处理,本文系统研究了复合材料贴敷脱盐法的工艺条件。采用高吸水树脂材料糊化后与载体材料制成复合脱盐垫对器物贴敷脱盐,采用纸条—氯离子选择电极法表征陶器的脱盐效率。实验结果表明:聚丙烯酰胺盐类材料(SF4)和聚丙烯酸盐类(SL10)脱盐效果最佳。复合材料贴敷脱盐技术在脆弱陶器脱盐中具有高的脱盐效率,是一种安全可行的脱盐新方法。
Soluble salt is an important factor that leads to crisp flour and other diseases. In order to achieve the effective desalination of fragile pottery, this article systematically studied the composite coating desalination process conditions. Desalination was carried out on the objects by gelatinization of the superabsorbent resin material and composite desalting pads made of the carrier material. The desalination efficiency of the ceramics was characterized by the strip-chloride ion selective electrode method. The experimental results show that polyacrylamide salt materials (SF4) and polyacrylates (SL10) desalination effect best. Composite desalination technology in desalination of fragile pots with high desalination efficiency, is a safe and feasible new desalination method.
