由于试飞行业的特殊性,一直以来,试飞信息如何通过信息系统进行有效组织和管理,业界并没有建立起一套行之有效的方案。借鉴产品设计中工程BOM(Engineering Bills of Material,EBOM)的概念,首次提出通过试飞BOM(Flight Bills of Material,FBOM)对试飞信息进行组织和管理,并详细论证了FBOM结构的规划和试飞信息的组织方案,以及FBOM与EBOM的对应模型。
Due to the particularity of the test flight industry, it has been a long time since the test flight information was effectively organized and managed through the information system.
