目的:探讨新生儿疾病筛查、听力筛查、产前筛查合并管理模式的可行性及效果。方法:成立疾病筛查中心,具体管理三项筛查工作,包括统一三级筛查网络、培训、宣传、耗材,制定规范、质量管理、落实诊疗和保偿,列入接产单位妇幼保健工作考评等。结果:分别于1999年、2002年、2005年,开展了新生儿疾病筛查、听力筛查、产前筛查和产前诊断工作。新生儿疾病筛查和听力筛查率达到了100.0%,患儿干预率为100.0%,干预良好率分别为99.60%和83.80%;产前筛查率达到15.6%,泰山区(城区)达到44.6%,诊断率达到77.6%。结论:三项筛查同步管理,节省人力、物力和财力,有利于质量管理,使筛查阳性者快速得到鉴别诊断,及时干预,是一种良好的管理模式。
Objective: To explore the feasibility and effect of newborn disease screening, hearing screening and prenatal screening combined management. Methods: The disease screening center was set up to specifically manage three screening tasks, including a unified three-level screening network, training, publicity, consumables, formulation of norms, quality management, implementation of treatment and compensation, and inclusion of MCH Job evaluation and so on. Results: Neonatal disease screening, audiological screening, prenatal screening and prenatal diagnosis were carried out in 1999, 2002 and 2005 respectively. Neonatal disease screening and hearing screening rate reached 100.0%, children intervention rate was 100.0%, good intervention rates were 99.60% and 83.80%; prenatal screening rate reached 15.6%, Taishan District (urban area) reached 44.6 %, The diagnostic rate reached 77.6%. Conclusion: The simultaneous management of the three screening programs can save manpower, material resources and financial resources, is conducive to quality management, and enables screening positive persons to get differential diagnosis promptly and timely intervention. Therefore, it is a good management mode.
