目的:建立HPLC法测定甲氯漱口液中甲硝唑及醋酸氯己定的含量。方法:色谱柱为Phenomenex Luna C_(18)(200 mm×4-60 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-醋酸钠缓冲溶液(60:40),检测波长为260 nm,流速为1.0 ml·min~(-1)。结果:甲硝唑和醋酸氯己定的含量测定线性范围分别为1.002 4~10.024 0μg(r=0.999 9),0.406 4~4.064 0μg(r=0.999 8),平均回收率分别为100.0%,99.6%,RSD分别为0.2%,1.1%(n=9)。结论:该含量测定方法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于甲氯漱口液的质量控制。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of metronidazole and chlorhexidine acetate in the chlorinated gargle. METHODS: Phenomenex Luna C 18 (200 mm × 4-60 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase was methanol-sodium acetate buffer solution (60:40) at a detection wavelength of 260 nm and a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min ~ (-1). Results: The linear range of metronidazole and chlorhexidine acetate was 1.002 4 ~ 10.024 0μg (r = 0.999 9) and 0.406 4 ~ 4.064 0μg (r = 0.999 8), respectively. The average recoveries were 100.0% and 99.6%, respectively %, RSD were 0.2%, 1.1% (n = 9). Conclusion: The determination of content is simple, accurate, reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of methyl chloride mouthwash.
