采用重庆医科大学生物医学工程研究室研制的“计算机化心动周期信号(HPS) 动态混沌特征和谱特征分析系统”测定了13 名再发性腹痛(RAP) 儿童及14 名对照组儿童的自主神经功能(AF) ,结果表明:两组儿童的四个动态混沌特征参数[分维数(Hfd) ,相对分散度(Hrd),李雅普诺夫指数(Hle) ,混沌度(Hcc)] 的均值及标准差的均值在两组间差异无显著性(P均>0-05) ;功率谱参数[ 超低频带功率(Pvv)、高频带功率(Phv) 、总功率(Tfp)] 的均值在两组间差异无显著性(P> 0-05)。提示:小儿的植物神经功能发育不成熟、不稳定、平衡性差不是小儿再发性腹痛的原因。
