The results of this study showed that after 10 days and nights of HDT-30 ° suspension at a sound level of 85dB (A), the lymphocyte transformation rates and interleukin 2 (IL2) were significantly decreased and the plasma corticosterone content was significantly Elevated, dopamine (DA) and norepinephrine (NA) content in the hypothalamus increased, indicating that the body is in stress state. Except dopamine and T lymphocyte proliferative response, the above 85% pure 85dB (A) noise group also had the same change rule, but there was no obvious complex group. The neurological-endocrine-immune system dysfunction presented here may be one of the causes of astronaut-prone infectious diseases.
