采用反相乳液法,以可溶性淀粉为原料,N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBAA)为交联剂,过硫酸钾为引发剂,Span60为乳化剂制备交联淀粉微球,并对其进行了红外表征,表明淀粉微球进行了交联。扫描电镜观察显示微球比较圆整,表面粗糙,有凹陷,粘连较多,形状规则,表面致密。采用正交试验,以平均粒径为指标,对交联淀粉微球制备工艺进行了优化,确定了最佳制备工艺条件为:交联剂用量为0.8g,油水体积比为3∶1,乳化剂用量为0.4g。
The cross-linked starch microspheres were prepared by reversed-phase emulsion method using soluble starch as raw material, N, N’-methylenebisacrylamide (MBAA) as crosslinking agent and potassium persulfate as initiator and Span60 as emulsifier It was characterized by IR, indicating that the starch microspheres were crosslinked. Scanning electron microscopy showed that the microspheres were relatively round, rough surface, concave, more adhesions, regular shape, dense surface. Using orthogonal test, the average particle size as an index, the preparation of cross-linked starch microspheres was optimized, and the optimum preparation conditions were determined as follows: the amount of cross-linking agent was 0.8g, the volume ratio of oil to water was 3:1, The dosage is 0.4g.
