研究独活寄生颗粒与功能主治有关的主要药理作用。方法:通过采用抗炎、疼痛、免疫和活血化瘀等模型进行药效学研究。结果:独活寄生颗粒对二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀有明显的抑制作用;对角叉菜胶所致大鼠足肿胀有明显的抑制作用;对化学性刺激引起的小鼠疼痛具有明显镇痛作用,而对热刺激引起的小鼠疼痛无明显影响;对鸡红细胞(CRBC)所致正常小鼠溶血素抗体生成有抑制作用,而对2,4-二硝基氟苯所致小鼠耳迟发性超敏反应无明显影响;能降低急性血瘀模型大鼠的全血粘度(低切)和红细胞聚集指数,同时能显著延长PT和APTT时间。结论:独活寄生颗粒具有明显抗炎、镇痛和活血化瘀的作用,提示临床对风湿和类风湿性关节炎可能具有综合治疗作用。
To study the main pharmacological effects associated with the inactivating parasitic particles and functional indications. METHODS: Pharmacodynamic studies were performed using models such as anti-inflammatory, pain, immunity, and blood circulation. RESULTS: The Duohuo parasitic granules significantly inhibited the swelling of mice’s ear caused by xylene; it had obvious inhibitory effect on the paw edema caused by carrageenan; and it had obvious analgesia in mouse pain caused by chemical stimulation. Effects, but no significant effect on mouse pain caused by thermal stimuli; inhibition of hemolysin antibody production in normal mouse induced by chicken erythrocytes (CRBC), and mouse ear induced by 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene Delayed hypersensitivity did not have a significant effect; it reduced the whole blood viscosity (low cut) and erythrocyte aggregation index in rats with acute blood stasis, and at the same time significantly prolonged PT and APTT times. Conclusion: Duhuo parasitic granules have obvious anti-inflammatory, analgesic and blood circulation effects, suggesting that clinical rheumatism and rheumatoid arthritis may have a comprehensive therapeutic effect.
