通过测定游泳前后38只SD鼠的血浆丙二醛(MDA),发现血浆脂质过氧化物(LpO)含量在运动后1小时显著增高,运动后16小时有下降趋势但仍在高浓度状态。在用还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)+VE+VC治疗后血浆LPO上升值显著下降。上述结果提示:血浆MDA可作为训练中的监护指标,建议运动性疾病易患者可试用自由基清除剂防治。
Plasma malondialdehyde (MDA) levels in 38 SD rats before and after swimming were measured. The content of plasma lipid peroxides (LpO) was significantly increased at 1 hour after exercise and decreased at 16 hours after exercise. After treatment with reduced glutathione (GSH) + VE + VC, LPO increased significantly. The above results suggest that: plasma MDA can be used as a monitoring indicator of care, exercise-prone patients recommended free radical scavenger prevention and treatment trials.
