以云南稻种昆明小白谷与大理早籼配制的杂种培育出的重组自交系 (RILs)为材料进行耐冷性状遗传研究。结果表明 :(1)早籼与晚粳杂交培育出的RILs群体的耐冷性状的遗传多样性突出 ,并呈现广泛的遗传变异。 (2 )耐冷性状的差异既有主效基因也有微效基因 ,在长期的生态驯化过程中微效基因累积到一定程度可变为主效基因。 (3)昆明小白谷耐冷性是受主效基因支配 ,冷驯化是水稻微效耐冷基因累积获得穗期耐冷性的途径之一。
The genetic internodes of cold tolerance traits were studied using recombinant inbred lines (RILs) derived from the hybrids of Xiaoyuegu and Dali early indica cultivars in Yunnan Province. The results showed that: (1) The genetic diversity of cold tolerance traits in RILs population breed by early indica and late japonica hybrids was prominent and showed a wide range of genetic variation. (2) Differences in cold tolerance traits Both major and minor genes are present, and the minor genes accumulate to a certain degree during the long-term ecological domestication process and become major genes. (3) The cold tolerance of Xiaobai Valley in Kunming is dominated by major genes, and cold acclimation is one of the ways to gain cold tolerance in the panicle of cold-tolerant rice.
