目的 观察锌 (Zn)、硒 (Se)、维生素E (VitE)、维生素C (VitC)对二硫化碳 (CS2 )致脂质过氧化作用的影响。方法 采用三因素四水平拉丁方设计 ,观察 4个剂量水平的 4种抗氧化剂 (Zn、Se、VitE、VitC)对 4个剂量水平 ( 3 60、 2 40、 12 0和 0mg/kg)CS2 亚慢性染毒SD大鼠血清、心肌和肝脏脂质过氧化水平 (LPO)的影响。结果 抗氧化剂高剂量组大鼠血清、心肌与高、中剂量组大鼠肝脏LPO水平均显著低于 0剂量组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;除血清LPO在Zn与Se组间外 ,其余不同抗氧化剂各组间差别均无显著意义。结论 Zn、Se、VitC和VitE对CS2 致脂质过氧化毒性有明显的保护作用 ,各抗氧化物质间的保护作用水平无明显差异 ;CS2 致脂质过氧化作用并非体内某单一抗氧化物质缺乏所致
Objective To observe the effects of Zn, Se, VitE and VitC on lipid peroxidation induced by carbon disulfide (CS2). Methods Four doses of three antioxidants (Zn, Se, VitE and VitC) at 4 doses were used to investigate the effect of CS2 subunit (3 60, 240, 120 and 0 mg / kg) Effects of chronic exposure to oxidative stress on serum, myocardium and liver lipid peroxidation (LPO) in SD rats. Results Compared with 0 dose group, the levels of LPO in serum, myocardium and high and middle dose groups of high antioxidant and high dose groups were significantly lower than those of 0 group (P <0 05). Except serum LPO between Zn and Se group, There was no significant difference between each group of antioxidants. Conclusions Zn, Se, VitC and VitE have significant protective effect on lipid peroxidation induced by CS2, and there is no significant difference in the protective effect between the two antioxidants. The lipid peroxidation induced by CS2 is not caused by a single anti-oxidant Due
