1 医院实施分级管理,是深化改革形势下的一项艰巨而复杂的系统工程。医院职工对这一新举措,必须会有不同的心态和反应。在创建等级医院的全过程中,能否做好思想发动工作,使消极心理转化为积极的动力,是实现创建目标的关键。我院自1992年初开展创建“二级甲等医院”工作,至1993年12月接受检查评审,经历了两年的艰苦拼搏历程,始终注意工作人员的心理状态,注重思想发动工作,保证了创建工作的正常进展。 在创建工作的第一个年度中,工作人员的心态可以归纳为以下三种:

In the first year of creating a job, the staff’s mentality can be summarized as follows:
