一、防寒防冻在我省柑桔生产上的重大意义 1、我省柑桔生产地理条件上的特点。我省大部分地区位于北纬25°～30°之间,是我国主要柑桔产区之一。自三月中下旬柑桔发芽抽梢,四月中下旬柑桔开花着果,一直到十月、十一月果实着色成熟,我省气温条件都是适于柑桔生长发育的。现以长沙地区栽培温州蜜柑和国外温州蜜柑的主产区日本静岗县的气温条件相比,情况如下:
