根据实施主体的不同项目绩效评估有两个不同的视角,一是投资方视角下的项目绩效评价,另外一个是承包方视角下的项目绩效评价。同时评价对象有对人力资源进行评价和对项目进行评价之别,本文站在承包商视角、以项目为评价对象来探讨在平衡记分卡的思想下,从顾客、项目运营和团队成员三个维度,业主满意度、团队成员满意度、质量、进度和成本五个指标来构建项目的绩效评价体系。
There are two different perspectives for performance evaluation of different projects according to the implementation subject. One is the project performance evaluation from the investor’s perspective, and the other is the project performance evaluation from the perspective of the contractor. At the same time, the appraised objects have the appraisement to human resources and the appraisement to the project. This article from the perspective of the contractor, using the appraisal object as the object of appraisal, discusses how to balance the scorecard from the three dimensions of customer, project operation and team members , Owner satisfaction, team member satisfaction, quality, progress and cost of five indicators to build the project performance evaluation system.
