目的　评价 0 .5 %鬼臼毒素涂膜剂治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效和安全性。方法　 5 0例尖锐湿疣患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组用 0 .5 %鬼臼毒素涂膜剂 ,对照组用 0 .5 %鬼臼毒素酊剂。用药方法为外用给药 ,疗程 7～ 2 8d。结果　两组疗效相当 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但治疗组不良反应低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　 0 .5 %鬼臼毒素涂膜剂治疗尖锐湿疣较酊剂具有同样疗效 ,而不良反应较轻 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of 0.5% podophyllotoxin coating agent in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum. Methods Fifty patients with condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with 0.5% podophyllotoxin and the control group received 0.5% podophyllotoxin tincture. Medication for external use, treatment 7 ~ 28d. Results The efficacy of the two groups was comparable (P> 0.05), but the adverse reactions in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusions 0.5% podophyllotoxin film-coated condyloma acuminatum has the same curative effect compared with tincture, while the adverse reactions are mild
