目的探讨路优泰治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的临床功效。方法将门诊及病房84例患FD的患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,均予以莫沙必利治疗。治疗组在对照组基础上服用路优泰口服治疗。结果治疗4周后统计结果,治疗组显效43%,有效40%,总有效率83%,治疗组与对照组的疗效差异有统计学意义,P<0.01。结论路优泰与莫沙必利联合使用可显著提高治疗功能性消化不良的疗效,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Lu You Tai in treating functional dyspepsia (FD). Methods Eighty-four outpatients and ward patients with FD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, all of which were treated with mosapride. Treatment group on the basis of the control group taking Lu You Thai oral treatment. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the treatment group showed a markedly effective rate of 43%, an effective rate of 40% and a total effective rate of 83%. There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Lu You-tai and mosapride can significantly improve the efficacy of treatment of functional dyspepsia, it is worth promoting.
