以总黄酮为指标成分，对中药胃垂灵糖浆剂用４种提取方法进行比较，结果总黄酮含量顺序为：乙醇沉淀法＞酸水解萃取法＞柱层析洗脱法＞直接萃取法。
Total flavonoids were used as index components, and the four traditional Chinese medicines were used to compare the contents of total flavonoids: ethanol precipitation> acid hydrolysis extraction> column chromatography elution> direct extraction.
