以总黄酮为指标成分,对中药胃垂灵糖浆剂用4种提取方法进行比较,结果总黄酮含量顺序为:乙醇沉淀法>酸水解萃取法>柱层析洗脱法>直接萃取法。
Total flavonoids were used as index components, and the four traditional Chinese medicines were used to compare the contents of total flavonoids: ethanol precipitation> acid hydrolysis extraction> column chromatography elution> direct extraction.
