公共意识是社会成员对植根于社会公共生活领域的社会准则和行为规范的自觉认同与遵从的深层意愿,是现代公民的核心素质。青少年的公共意识培养状况直接决定着未来社会公民的整体素质和社会文明程度。而公共意识的形成是外铄内省—反思实践的建构过程。公益广告作为社会公共价值观和健康生活方式的传播主体和引领方式,对于青少年公共价值的生成和公共意识的涵养具有得天独厚的优势。发掘公益广告的教育功能是提升青少年公共意识培养实效性的重要途径。
Public awareness is the deep will of members of society to consciously recognize and comply with social norms and codes of conduct rooted in the field of social public life and is the core quality of modern citizens. The training of young people’s public awareness directly determines the overall quality of future social citizens and social civilization. The formation of public consciousness is the construction of introspection - the practice of reflection. As the main body and way of publicity of social public values and healthy lifestyles, public service advertisements have a unique advantage for the generation of public value and the cultivation of public awareness. To explore the educational function of public service advertisements is an important way to enhance the public awareness training of young people.
