分析了烧结工艺发生突然中断对不同型号中频炉烧结钼制品的影响。结果表明,准450和准650型中频炉在低温、中温和高温三个阶段发生工艺中断,重新执行烧结工艺后未造成钼制品质量缺陷。而准850型中频炉由于装炉量大,在烧结工艺升至1 400℃、发生工艺中断时,由于烧结气氛中水蒸气较多难以及时排出,导致钼制品晶粒异常长大,密度远远低于正常水平
The effects of sudden interruption of sintering process on sintered molybdenum products of different types of medium frequency furnace were analyzed.
