为探讨职业性锰暴露对工人血清胆碱酯酶活性和尿香草扁桃酸 (VMA)水平的影响 ,对 5 5名锰粉加工工人、5 5名冶炼工人和 5 5名对照工人进行了调查。结果显示 ,锰粉加工作业环境空气锰尘中MnO2 几何均数为 1 96mg m3 (0 17~ 2 2 2 4mg m3 ) ,样品超标率为 88 9% ;冶炼作业环境空气锰烟尘中MnO2 几何均值为 0 6 5mg m3 (0 0 6~ 6 6 7mg m3 ) ,样品超标率为 93 3%。锰粉加工和冶炼组头晕头痛、睡眠障碍的主诉率明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,锰粉加工组血清胆碱酯酶活性明显增高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,提示这可能是锰的早期神经毒性所致。
To investigate the effect of occupational manganese exposure on worker serum cholinesterase activity and urinary vanillic acid (VMA) levels, 55 manganese workers, 55 smelters and 55 control workers were investigated. The results showed that the average geometrical mean MnO2 content of MnO2 in the air of manganese powder processing operation was 1 96 mg m3 (0 17 ~ 2 2 4 4 mg m3), and the exceeding standard rate of samples was 88 9%. The geometric mean values of MnO2 in the soot dust of operation environment were 0 6 5mg m3 (0 0 6 ~ 6 6 7mg m3), the sample exceeded the standard 93 3%. Manganese powder processing and smelting group dizziness and headache, the main complaint rate of sleep disorders was significantly higher than the control group (P <0 01), serum manganese choline enzyme activity was significantly higher (P <0 05), suggesting that this may It is caused by the early neurotoxicity of manganese.
