目的了解新疆乌鲁木齐市水磨沟区相关年份霍乱弧菌分离株分子分型特征和遗传相关性。方法用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)对霍乱菌株进行分子分型,用BioNumericsV4.0软件UPGMA方法进行聚类分析。结果 54株受试菌以NotⅠ酶切后分为34个型,除1998023、2001009、2006010、1998160外,其他菌株带型高度相似(相似系数0.98),不同年份分离菌株型别不相同。结论乌鲁木齐水磨沟区霍乱弧菌可能含有多个克隆系,且分离出的霍乱弧菌为地方株。
Objective To understand the molecular typing and genetic correlation of Vibrio cholera isolates in Shuimogou district of Urumqi in Xinjiang in recent years. Methods Cholera strains were genotyped by pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) and clustered by UPGMA using BioNumerics V4.0 software. Results The 54 tested bacteria were divided into 34 genotypes with Not Ⅰ digestion. The genotypes of other strains except for 1998023, 2001009, 2006010 and 1998160 were highly similar (similarity coefficient 0.98). The isolates were different in different years. Conclusion Vibrio cholerae in Shuimogou area of Urumqi may contain multiple clonal lines, and the isolated Vibrio cholerae is a local strain.
