随着社会经济日益活跃,普通老百姓的消费能力得到了极大的提升,轿车迅速进入了个人和家庭消费领域。就我们驻地济南而言,近400万人口的机动车拥有量为84万辆,每4人就拥有一辆。近两年,轿车日均挂牌稳定在200辆。部队也不例外,营区越来越多地出现了私家车的身影。几万元的夏利、奥拓,十几万元的赛欧、本田,甚至配置更高的车型,都出现在了营区。尤其是驻大城市部队,某部队医院千余名干部现在拥有私家车百余辆。私家车骤增是改革开放后中国社会出现的新情况,也是摆在部队管理者面前的一个新课题。
With the increasingly active social economy, ordinary people’s spending power has been greatly improved, the car quickly entered the field of personal and family consumption. For our resident Jinan, nearly 4 million people own 840,000 vehicles, one for every 4 people. In the past two years, the car has been listed at a steady average of 200 vehicles a day. Troops are no exception and camps are increasingly seeing private cars. Xiali tens of thousands of dollars, Alto, more than a dozen million Sail, Honda, and even configure a higher model, all appeared in the camp. In particular, the troops stationed in the big cities and more than a thousand cadres of a certain military hospital now own more than 100 private cars. The surge of private cars is a new situation that has emerged in Chinese society after the reform and opening up and is also a new issue before the troop managers.
