水蒸汽在冷壁面上的结霜现象是制冷、低温领域普遍存在的现象。冷壁面上霜层形成机理的研究是优化换热设备的基础 ,并在航天技术发展中具有十分重要的作用。本文对结霜机理的研究进行了简单的回顾 ,并就霜层物性、霜层生长规律、结霜过程传热传质和测量技术等方面的问题进行了分析和讨论
Frosting phenomenon of water vapor on the cold wall surface is a common phenomenon in the field of refrigeration and low temperature. The research on the formation mechanism of the frost layer on the cold wall is the basis for optimizing the heat exchange equipment and plays an important role in the development of aerospace technology. In this paper, the research on frosting mechanism is briefly reviewed, and the physical properties of frost layer, frost layer growth law, heat and mass transfer and measurement technology in frosting process are analyzed and discussed.
